I had a 1:00 appointment today to replace my temporary crown with my permanent crown. The dentist was Dr. Piletti and the assistant was Crystal (CC). I have always been very fearful of going to the dentist for anything but for whatever reason I felt very relaxed and comfortable with these two ladies working on my mouth. I felt absolutely no fear at all and I felt no pain either. Crystal kept talking to me and made me feel relaxed. I recommend Dr Piletti, Faye and Crystal (CC) to anybody that's fearful like me. Thank y'all soo much for being soo kind to me.

I am super excited about my experience at the Willowbrook location. From the phone call conversations to my visit, it was exceptional. My phone call started with a such warm welcoming feeling and it turned out I was actually talking to the doctor. Dr. White made me feel like family before I even made an appointment. The Dr answers the phone!!! Yayyy! They kept me informed of my appointment and checked all my information. For the time frame its been since I have been to a dentist, I felt a little embarrassed but they made me feel empowered that I was there now and they were going to take of my teeth one step at a time. The office had laughter, great music and Crystal at the front desk explained everything truthfully and honestly. My hygienist was so patient with me. I can't wait to go back. The dentist, huh? Yes it was well worth it. I have a new family. Go see them. They will all change how you feel about the dentist office.

My experience was very delightful. There was no pressure and we were able to come up with a plan that would fit my financial needs and still be able to take care of my dental hygiene.
