Baby teeth play a critical role in:
Even though baby teeth eventually fall out, keeping them healthy prevents pain, infection, and early orthodontic issues.
Most children benefit from checkups every six months. Some may require more frequent visits depending on their cavity risk, tooth alignment, or oral habits.
I had a 1:00 appointment today to replace my temporary crown with my permanent crown. The dentist was Dr. Piletti and the assistant was Crystal (CC). I have always been very fearful of going to the dentist for anything but for whatever reason I felt very relaxed and comfortable with these two ladies working on my mouth. I felt absolutely no fear at all and I felt no pain either. Crystal kept talking to me and made me feel relaxed. I recommend Dr Piletti, Faye and Crystal (CC) to anybody that's fearful like me. Thank y'all soo much for being soo kind to me.
I am writing this review as the granddaughter of one of your customers. I like to say is its been a pleasure working with Ms Chrystal at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing, Her customer service is 5 Star✨️. This is what real customer service & concern looks like. And Dr. White is simply the best. (WE) appreciate everything. You both went above and beyond to understand and meet my grandmother needs. 👵🏾 It was refreshing to receive amazing care and concern.
Update - Dr White is STILL AMAZING... and the dental hygienist was replaced! Dr White is awesome but the dental hygienist has a horrible bedside manner. She's very pushy and doesn't listen to customers. She pushes big pharma!! Who ever heard of $95 mouthwash!?! Also she is heavy handed when cleaning. Tried it within me but then again with my teenage son. I'm sending him some place else.
Always a positive n pleasant experience. It is always service with a smile. No waiting on time with our appointment. My daughter says everyone is so nice. Thank you
Dr White and her staff are very friendly and professional! They really make an extra effort to ensure the patient understands both the needed procedures as well as the cost so you can make an informed decision. And, Dr Whites work is EXCELLENT! I had a space between my two front teeth and they were crooked. She fixed that in two visits and I had been to two other dentist prior to coming to her and never got them properly repaired! I love her work, her personality, and her friendly staff! She will be my dentist for life! 😁
